A custom guitar—the first of many, we hope—has been built solely to give God praise
The "Praise Guitar" built by Trevor Kronbauer is now complete; here are first photos in a slide show—closeups will follow. We hope that you enjoy them. We plan to assist Mr. Kronbauer in guitar design in the future, and hope to send him people like you who may have similar interests in custom guitars having a religious theme. Soon to appear here are a selection of guitar backs and sides you can have become part of the custom guitar that Mr. Kronbauer makes for you. Praise is a unity of thanks. People have met and, conscious of one another—but divorced from any thought of vocation, social position, or hidden dollar amount in bank accounts—they express their common gratitude. God has made them, and they know it. How natural it is to honor Him and plead for more: more grace, more provision, more peace, and more love.

     When young—think of it!—you were so pleased to have all others at the party sing to you your birthday song; yours, for in the one special place towards the end, your name was sung prettily by others, in unison.

     The Bible teaches (Psalms 133) “Behold how good and how pleasant it is: for brethren to dwell together in unity. It is like the precious ointment upon the head, that ran down upon the beard, even Aaron’s beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments. As the dew of Hermon, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion, for there the Lord commanded the blessing: even life for evermore.” Notice the elements of this psalm: unity, anointing oil, the Lord’s blessing as a morning dew coming down from the mountains, to be with His people forever, blessing them.

     Our singing and giving thanks is much like this. We are blessed as God’s special priests here in the land. We are to love and keep ourselves in unity; we give Him thanks because He is due thanks. He promises to bless us as with morning dew.

     One sings higher than another, one louder than he or she sitting next to him. One seems to be singing a different tune or off-key harmony. No matter; the hearts of all are right; right towards the Lord. Oh, that they may be right, and loving towards each other as they sit, stand or dance there!

     Praise the Lord! (You) praise the Lord! Let us (all) praise the Lord! in sweet unity of heart and genuine friendship. That is my prayer; that is my praise this fine morning (April 7, 2007).http://alasjo.se/
